C&C Spetses Apartment

The apartment is located a 10 minutes walk from the commercial center of the island in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It is a comfortable, spatious, bright apartment with a romantic, vintage atmosphere. It consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen/sitting area, balcony and terrace. I live next door and I am always at your disposal for anything you may need. The space There is a large bedroom with a double bed, A/C, work area, and a smaller bedroom with a double bed, A/C and a safety deposit box. (Baby cot available free of charge.) The bathroom, preceded by a dressing room with an extra sink, consists of a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, electric stove top and oven, microwave, hot water kettle, toaster, coffee makers and all that is necessary to cook and serve meals for up to 6 people. There is a dining table and chairs for six, sofa, TV and a ceiling fan. The kitchen opens onto a large balcony (with street view) and a terrace (with garden view), both with table and chairs, perfect to enjoy your meals. Guest access The apartment is private and has its own balcony, terrace and entrance. Other things to note Please note: -A/C is only available in the bedrooms. -The apartment is located on a slightly elevated ground floor, so there are 5 steps up to reach the entrance. - Cleaning service, linen and towels are provided weekly. -Quiet hours: 15,00-17,30 and 23.00-07.00.
