Villa Staderini, nestled between the inlets of the Argentario in the beautiful setting of Porto Santo Stefano, is a historic villa designed to harmonise with the natural environment that surrounds it. Built on a rock sloping down towards the sea, it offers a breathtaking view of over 270° that embraces Porto Santo Stefano, the Gulf of Talamone and the Orbetello lagoon. The villa has four entrances dedicated to private beaches, panoramic terraces and secluded corners, ideal for enjoying the sound of the sea crashing on the rocks. The rooms in our B&B include the "Red Suite", the "Green Suite", the "Superior Bordeaux" with en-suite bathroom, the "Superior Yellow", the "Blue", and the "Turquoise Suite". Each suite is designed to offer a stay in absolute relaxation and total privacy, immersed in the enchanting nature of the Argentario. Stepping through the gate of Villa Staderini, it seems that time stands still, offering a perfect refuge for those who want a unique and unforgettable experience in an environment that respects and enhances the surrounding natural beauty. The space The villa, located on a sloping cliff, offers a unique experience with direct access to the sea via four private stairs. The stairs, although steep in some places, lead to pebble beaches of rare beauty, ideal for lovers of the sea and snorkelling. We recommend the use of reef shoes to explore these marine paradises. The sea of the Argentario, awarded the "Blue Flag" by the FEE, guarantees crystal clear and inviting waters. The property has six rooms, each identifiable by colour: two suites (the Green and the Red), three rooms (the Yellow, the Blue and the Bordeaux) and the "Turquoise" apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room. All rooms offer direct access to over 2000 square metres of panoramic terraces, whose curves follow the slope of the land, ensuring ample distances between guests and a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Talamone and the Cantoniera beach. The villa is located a few steps from the centre of Porto Santo Stefano, which can be reached in five minutes on foot along the provincial road, although there is no pavement. Guests can enjoy spectacular sunsets from the terraces and a cosy and familiar atmosphere, with common areas that encourage guests to share experiences. Parking is available at the villa for convenient and secure access. Guest access Guests have access to four private descents to the sea, each with its own characteristics: rock, beach for bathing and relaxation, and rock for water games. The building is terraced down to the sea, made mainly of local stone to respect the environment, with external steps in hand-worked stone, practically invisible. The villa offers breathtaking views, with panoramic terraces and private corners to enjoy the sound of the sea. The unusual architecture of the residence, built on a rock, has soft curves that follow the slope of the land, allowing the view of the sea from all the rooms and from every corner of the house. We have a private car park and a "Car Valet" service is available for a fee. Aperitifs or dinners on the terrace can be organised on request, offering an unforgettable experience thanks to the hospitality, generosity and friendliness of the guests. We organise aperitifs, cocktails and dinners on request, thanks to our knowledge of local producers of highly selected food and fishermen who guarantee truly "sea" fish. The Villa offers parking for 6 cars and, on request, a Car Valet service. We are close to our guests for any need, from the rental of inflatable boats or boats to excursions in the Tuscan archipelago, to visits to the Maremma park, ensuring that the stay is unique and unforgettable. The large spaces and terraces with breathtaking views are ideal for aperitifs, events or parties, organised exclusively by us at the request of guests, guaranteeing maximum respect for the tranquillity of other guests. Guests feel welcomed as if they were in a beloved place, promising to return with a "goodbye" that feels like a promise. The "Turquoise Suite" is distinguished by its design, similar to an apartment carved into the rock, despite being completely external. For dinners, a "personal Chef" is available with over 20 years of experience in managing a high-end restaurant in the historic centre of Rome, who uses the best of the sea, such as fresh fish, and the region, both for wines and raw ingredients. Please note that, due to its location, the room may be slightly noisy.
