Duplex cottage, located within the "Domaine des Sources" tourist residence, a terrace allows you to enjoy outdoor meals. Close to the beach of Gua des Brasses and the village of La Savetat-sur-Agoût, the place is large enough to find peace and quiet. Families and children are welcome in the Residence, dogs are allowed. The space Gite of about 44 m² on 2 floors Ground floor: Large living room with fireplace, kitchen, dining area and kitchen. Toilet. 10 m² terrace with dining furniture Floor: bedroom with double bed and dresser (very spacious), bedroom with 2 bunk beds, bathroom with sink and bathtub. Guest access The cottage is entirely private. The spaces shared with other vacationers or residents of the estate are outdoors: children's games, ping-pong tables, petanque court, laundry, and generally all outdoor spaces. Other things to note A deposit of €200 will be required upon arrival, by check or cash. Pets are allowed at no extra charge, but a deposit of €50/pet will be required upon arrival.
