The apartment, a bright two-room apartment, has a double bedroom, kitchen and private bathroom. The room, overlooking the beautiful wooded landscape, enjoys a view of the vineyard and the beautiful swimming pool. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering. There is an area under the gazebo where guests can dine outdoors and use the barbecue. The space A few km from Florence, you will find this exclusive property, which belonged to the ancient noble House of Corsini, surrounded by olive trees, in the greenery of the Florentine Chianti, restored with local stone, mostly extracted during the construction of the vineyard, in different periods, starting from 1980. Four comfortable apartments have been created from a portion of the farm. The tree-lined context along the road invites you to stroll, gently caressed by the sun peeking through the foliage. The place, geographically in the heart of Chianti, allows you to reach the nearby cities of Florence and Siena in a few minutes and the opportunity to visit the museums and the art of these historic cities. From here, you can go to San Gimignano, famous for its 15 towers, or take the Wine Route, passing through Greve in Chianti, Radda, Panzano, Castellina and many other towns in the wonderful Chianti Fiorentino where you will find numerous tastings. The place, called: Podere Papéra, is about twenty minutes away from the center of Florence. The bus, which runs approximately every half hour during peak hours, has a stop 600 meters from Podere Papèra, but during the summer period when schools are closed, bus timetables are reduced. Each apartment is equipped with what is needed to cook independently. Nearby, one can buy everything to satisfy one's palate. In the square of Mercatale about a kilometer and a half away, you will find fresh bread every day in the local bakeries, also open on Sunday mornings, stocked with appetizing Tuscan delicacies (freshly baked cakes, salami and typical local cheeses). There is also a small supermarket a few steps from the square. Furthermore, on Sunday mornings until thirteen, in the nearby village of San Casciano, you will find the supermarket (Coop) open for supplies of all kinds. You can take advantage of the gazebo overlooking the pool and use the barbecue to cook vegetables and meats.
