The great location allows you to admire the panorama of the Tatra Mountains, an ideal base for mountain trips. There are three ski lifts in the immediate vicinity including one chairlift 1250 m. You can use it in winter well-prepared routes for downhill and cross-country skiing. A few words about the cottage. The chalet was designed by the famous Zakopane architect Wacław Karpiel. It is built with the preservation of highlander art from spruce logs. The roof is covered with shingles. As supporters of ecology and a healthy lifestyle, we tried to make our home friendly to the health of the residents. The water is from our own intake – a deep well, it has unique health properties. It is very low mineralized, i.e. very soft - we have a sanitary certificate. Ideal for allergy sufferers, therapeutic for the skin. For the maintenance of wooden elements, we used only certified ecological agents with the ECO certificate. All furniture, floors and other wooden elements are protected with natural ecological oil. The interior is made in the regional highlander style - solid wood furniture - carved with artistic highlander motifs. We have equipped the house with hand-forged handles, fittings, lamps, hangers, fireplace accessories - artistic metalwork. The house has been fully equipped with all the necessary equipment so that you can spend your vacation here. It meets the conditions of a typical house while maintaining the character of a regional highlander's hut. In Kubusiowa Chatka, we provide eight beds for adults. The cottage has three rooms (one on the ground floor with a closed fireplace), a bathroom and a separate fully equipped kitchen. Two rooms upstairs. There is a large covered terrace in front of the house. In a small garden on the banks of the beautiful Sucha Woda stream, you can relax in the shade of spruce trees listening to the sound of water and birdsong. We provide a parking space next to the plot. Other things to note Terms and Conditions: 1. For fire safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to smoke, use candles or other open flames in the cottage, and to bring in and use your own heating devices. 2. It is not allowed to bring animals into the cottage without the consent of the owner. 3. The hotel day is counted from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival to 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. 4. The handover and collection of the cottage takes place in the presence of the owner or the owner's representative. 5. Extension of stay or later departure is possible for an additional fee after prior agreement with the owner. 6. All formalities related to check-in and settlement of the stay must be completed on the day of arrival at the latest. 7. Only persons who are checked in and reported to the owner may stay in the cottages. 8. Please report all defects and complaints to the owner or the owner's representative on an ongoing basis. 9. The owner is not responsible for valuable items left in the cottage. All personal items in the cottage are the sole responsibility of the persons renting the cottage. 10. Any damage and destruction occurring during the guests' stay in the cottage will be estimated when the accommodation is handed over. 11. During the guests' stay in the cottage, the person making the reservation is responsible for the safety and condition of the rented cottage. 12. When leaving the cottage, check that the electrical appliances have been switched off, the windows, doors, water closed, the fireplace extinguished. 13. When using the fireplace, the rules of its use must be observed. 14. Do not allow the fireplace to overheat. 15. When leaving the house, do not leave a fire in the fireplace. 16. The renter is responsible for any incidents related to the fireplace. 17. The parking space is free and unguarded. 18. We do not take responsibility for their safety and damage caused by random situations, e.g. mountain wind, snowstorms, etc. 19. Please use water and wood for the fireplace rationally. 20. Please segregate waste into properly prepared containers.
