Go for a ski in neighboring Ohakune only 50 mins away. Shop the second hand stores, gift and outlet shops and cafes in Taihape, or just stay put. Bring a book and light the BBQ and pour the wine. We have wifi, but no cell coverage so take advantage of being disconnected for a bit. Listen to the birds and animals on this working sheep and beef farm; welcome to the Rangitikei countryside. Guest access You will have the whole Quarters to yourselves when you make a booking. We can also point you in the direction of a nice walk on the farm. Other things to note The two en-suites are accessed via the outside verandas for four bedrooms. The other two bedrooms are connected to the en-suites directly as well as having an outside door. The bedroom with two king singles now are only normal singles.
