Welcome to Francine's Art Gallery! I offer 1 apartment (2-room) which is on the 1st floor, which has its own independent access with its private and secure parking. Beautifully decorated with my creations: canvases/pottery and ideally located between sea and savannah, in Boucan, you will access the most beautiful beach on the island, located 20 meters away by private access. The Boucan promenade is only a 2-minute walk away. The apartment is fully furnished and air-conditioned. Charming and very functional apartment The space This apartment offers all the advantages related to its geographical position, the apartment is in the heart of the seaside resort of Saint Gilles les Bains, more precisely in Boucan Canot, the most beautiful beach on the island! and it is with your feet in the water that you will admire the beautiful sunsets. The apartment is close to a road, and the beach is only a few meters from the accommodation. There is a little noise on the terrace, but inside the apartment, with the windows and shutters closed, you will be comfortably accommodated. There is air conditioning in every room + a ceiling fan. It's a real cozy little nest and beautifully decorated by me! Hence, the Artistic apartment! You have: - 1 Bedroom with a 200x190 new mattress bed + 1 bedside + 1 wardrobe - Lounge area with sofa bed, connected flat screen TV and unlimited high speed internet (fiber) - Dining area with table and 4 chairs - Cutlery for 4 people - Terasse with nice view - Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker/powder, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, centrifuge, electric citrus press...) - Bathroom with walk-in shower, - Restroom If you rent more than 12 days, an additional 40 euros will be requested on site for the cleaning fee (change of sheets, towels, intermediate cleaning done after a week) Guest access Full access to the pool.
