**Please note in the house rules- we do not accept schoolies/coastie's and we are not a party house. We like to make sure all guests are a suitable match for our house so will verify this before accepting bookings.** Light filled, architecturally designed modern 4 bedroom holiday home situated in a quiet cul-de-sac just 200m walk to Wimbie Beach. WiFi internet, Netflix, linen and bath towels provided for your convenience. The space Upstairs is a bright and open plan main living area, consisting of a fully equipped modern kitchen with a coffee machine, family size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas cooktop, oven and stone benchtops. The Kitchen overlooks a large dining table with seating for 8 and a well-appointed lounge area complete with a generous leather lounge where you can relax and enjoy the large Smart TV with internet connectivity and Bluetooth speaker system. The area is complete with a reverse cycle air-conditioner for year round comfort. Through the large doors to the outside is a lovely undercover balcony well equipped for outdoor living with a dining table, day bed and BBQ for alfresco cooking options. The Master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and a large ensuite bathroom with a luxurious deep bath tub. Downstairs The second bedroom looks out to a leafy courtyard and features a queen bed and has its own Ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 contains a set of single bunks and bedroom 4 has one single bed, they are situated adjacent to a large bright and open bathroom. There is a separate lounge area downstairs with a split system air conditioner / heater. There is a flat screen TV and an Xbox. A great selection of books and board games are also provided. Downstairs has a functional laundry with washing machine and dryer facilities to use. Parking There is an undercover double car garage with internal access to the house and ample parking for additional cars or even a boat on the large flat concrete driveway. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house Other things to note Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am or as agreed. In non peak times flexible check-in and out times can be accommodated if available and upon request. The home is two stories with an internal staircase - please keep this in mind if you have a toddler (baby gates are available) The home is walking distance to Wimbie Beach over a slight hill, you cannot see the water from the house.
