I welcome you to my apartment which is on the 1st floor of a townhouse. A common entrance will allow you to access your private room through the small terrace and the main room. Guests can enjoy a shared bathroom. Ideal for a person passing through for one night The space You will enjoy the calm, while being close to the heart of the city The environment is made up of pavilions and gardens The apartment is a 5-minute drive from the entrance to the highway towards Marseille, and 10 minutes from the one towards Nice. The SNCF train station is 10 minutes' walk, and the heart of the city is 15 minutes away. The merchant port for boats to Corsica is a 25-minute walk, 10 minutes by car or bus, the stop is 2 minutes from my accommodation. Guest access The common areas are the bathroom and toilet, but we can talk together in the living room or on the small terrace. During your stay Living in the accommodation, I will be there to give you all the advice, so that your short stay goes smoothly. Other things to note The room is not equipped with air conditioning but with 2 fans. One on the ceiling and the other on the floor. Ideal for not having mosquitoes The room is not equipped with a TV either, but you can access Wi-Fi for your phones, tablets or computers. On the other hand, the room is equipped with a kettle and a mini fridge, and coffee pods.
