It is also perfectly located for walking to all the famous places in Edinburgh, but also nested in a secluded, quiet, out of the way spot. My upper floor Mews cosy flat has everything you need to make your stay in Edinburgh as enjoyable as possible. The Entry Edinburgh Mews are a beautiful part of our city's history and originally consisted of stables on the ground floor and living apartments above. Once you open the flat door the stair will take you to your cosy home away from home. Feel free to hang your coats and leave your shoes by my welcoming wooden ducks (Tipsy & Scottie) and let yourself into your holiday home. The Sitting / Dining Room Warmly decorated with designer furniture and an ultra comfy sofa, a good size dining table and chairs, my living room has everything you need to have a lovely stay. Enjoy British Freeview TV with Amazon Prime and Smart TV Apps; a super fast, unlimited and reliable WIFI with speeds up to 75 Mbps and a mini portable JBL Bluetooth speaker for you to stream your music while reading, cooking or having a bath. The Bedroom My tiny cosy bedroom has a double bed with a super-comfortable mattress, a silent alarm clock, side table lamp, storage drawers and luggage racks for you to use. Freshly- laundered bedding and towels are provided for a hotel like experience. There is a wardrobe space just outside the bedroom with a shelving unit, iron, iron board, hairdryer and plenty of hangers for your clothes. The Kitchen For those who love cooking, supermarkets are close by and my little kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle toaster and my new Nespresso Coffee Machine. The Bathroom My spacious and bright bathroom is super clean and has a shower over bath, in case you want to indulge yourself with a long bath after a day out :-). Complimentary Scottish shampoo and body wash are provided. About my Co-Host: When I am not available due to travelling or family commitments I trust my home and my guests to my co-host, Pier Luigi. Pier has been proudly welcoming guests for over 11 years, while being a Superhost uninterruptedly for the same period of time. Superhost are recognised regularly by Airbnb for great hosting standards (with a minimum of 80% of five stars reviews), for no cancelling on guests bookings (a zero cancellations target) and responding to guests messages timely. My Mews has a key-safe to allow for a self check-in so you can arrive at your own time from 16:00 Other things to note I have teamed up with Pier who is a fabulous and long standing five star Airbnb Superhost who will be there for you to answer any questions and offer you assistance while I am away. Please note that the flat is located on a first floor, accessed via slightly steep stairs in case you have any accessibility requirements. Please note that smoking is not permitted indoors and an additional cleaning fee of £300 will be charged if guests smoke inside the property including smoking out of windows.
