Located within the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula known for its stunning rugged coastline with sandy beaches, ample wildlife & arguably one of Australia’s best wine regions, McLaren Vale is right on your doorstep! Please note: minimum 7 night stay over Xmas & New Year. This spacious beachhouse has plenty of space for multiple families. Large landscaped fully fenced rear yard. Please BYO sheets & towels. The space Main house consists of 3 bedrooms. 2 queen sized rooms, 1 double. 2 toilets, one bathroom Large 12 seater dining table. 4th external bedroom/teenage retreat has 2 double bunks, living area with couch, tv & DVD player. Airconditioning/heating in both areas. Huge fully fenced rear garden with hammocks & outdoor furniture to relax & enjoy your getaway. Pets allowed but only upon request. Pets not allowed in the bedrooms or on furniture. WIFI Guest access Access to the large shed & lockable carport area is not for guests.
