Lovely spacious, light double room with king bed and large ensuite, for a beach retreat any time of the year. Separate and self contained with bistro table, mini fridge, tea/coffee. 5 mins from the clifftops and beautiful beaches and Shelley Park. Close to great beachside places to eat and drink, whilst you watch the sunset and close to Boscombe + Southbourne, with great restaurants, pavement cafes and shops. Off road parking, good rail / bus links. The space My flat is the top floor (2 flights of stairs) of a large detached house so it has lots of light. The double bedroom and large ensuite, is completely separated from the rest of my flat, by a small hall with partition wall and door, giving complete privacy. I live in the rest of the place, so am on hand to answer any questions or for info, local tips, but will give you your privacy to enjoy a peaceful stay. Guest access A parking spot on the drive is available for you, so you don't have to worry about parking. There is also on street unrestricted parking. During your stay As I live on the premises, I'm on hand to give any tips or advice you need. There is a partition that separates the room with the rest of the flat, which provides privacy. Other things to note The beach and park is a 5 min walk, as is Boscombe high street and Southbourne high street is a 15 min walk and has lots of great cafes and restaurants to explore.
