Spend beautiful days with family, business partners or friends and friendly families at Villa Rocco. On request we can host up to 19 guests. In addition to the main house, the property has a separate bungalow with its own flair and a heated saltwater pool. The fun with a separate MEDIA room, table tennis table, table football, and darts is not neglected either. A workstation with a height-adjustable office desk is also available. The space No animals are allowed in Villa Rocco (also no assistance animals) and there were never any animals in the accommodation, so allergy sufferers are also welcome. Families with children are welcome. For our little, and of course big guests, there is a ping-pong table, table football and darts as well as a MEDIA room with a NINTENDO Switch. There is also a children's playground in the outdoor area. The heated saltwater pool which is also suitable for guests with sensitive skin, chlorine allergy (no red eyes) and neurodermitis has massage jets and the water temperature can be chosen by the guest (we guarantee up to 28°). In addition, the pool is equipped with a sliding hall, which makes it possible to use it in bad weather. There are a total of 3 washing machines and 3 full kitchens with dishwashers available. The living areas have separate entrances which ensure the privacy of family members, friends and befriended families or business partners. Each living area has its own character... The ground floor apartment in the main house is equipped with 2 bathrooms, 65" TV, sound bar and XXL leather couch and has breathtaking views of Split (UNESCO), Trogir as well as the whole Kaštelaner Bay. The upper floor apartment in the main house is also equipped with 2 bathrooms & 55" TV and has an even more breathtaking view. The bungalow has a glass front which opens over the entire width to the pool and has its own flair. In the living areas, each with its own kitchen, all living and sleeping rooms have smart TVs. The separate media room is in the basement next to the garage with other play opportunities. Guest access The location of Villa Rocco is perfect. Beach, restaurants, cafes, bars & shops (LIDL, Plodine, Konzum, Müller, KiK, etc.) are all within a 15-20 minute walk. Split and Trogir only approx. 10-15 minutes away by car, where UBER is a comfortable alternative and allows one or two good bottles of wine from the region. The train station is also just 400 meters away. The "emmezeta" shopping center & PEVEX hardware store is about 5 km away. The villa has 3-5 parking spaces in the enclosed courtyard and up to 2 parking spaces in the garage. Other things to note The whole property with main house and bungalow is at your disposal.
