Charming historic house (1928) with big garden

NO REQUESTS FOR PARTIES PLEASE! Rent a room (or more) in a charming building from 1928 with a huge garden & old swimming pool in the beautiful, green and central district of Cotroceni. Be aware, that if you rent a room, me or my family members or a friend, would be using the other store, separated by a staircase. We don't live in Bucharest, so we are not often home. However, the photographs, indicat:"possibly shared kitchen". That would be the case. The space NO REQUESTS FOR PARTIES PLEASE! *** Please read "Guest access" section below for information regarding people, space and costs *** Rent our comfortable 71m² city apartment in a charming building from 1928 with a huge garden, in the centrally located COTROCENI-district - close to 'PODUL COTROCENI' (the Cotroceni-Bridge) - which is what you best indicate your taxi driver or use as public transport reference. The upper floor might be used by myself, close relatives or family friends, that is why the kitchen maybe at times shared, possibly, not necessarily. The house you see belonged to my great-grandfather. It has been carefully renovated some years ago, starting from the old double window frames, the stucco applications, the tiled stoves in every room (which are ready for use!). Of course, there is as well central heating installed in every room, but unfortunately still no automated garage opener... ;-) We are NOT against children at our place, but stated "no children", because of the dangers regarding staircase in the house and deep pool, both without safeguarding. Please be mindful if coming with kids! Guest access NO REQUESTS FOR PARTIES PLEASE! Option 1 - SINGLE ROOM for 28€: - 1 single room with extensible sofa - 1 bathroom with whirlpool - kitchen, fully equipped (possibly shared) - TV & WIFI - access to garden + garden furniture Option 2 - WHOLE GROUND FLOOR for 50€: For additional 22€ per person: For additional guests you will have the whole ground floor-apartment (with possibly shared kitchen) as shown on the map, which means furthermore - 1 Double-room/living-room (sleeping place is an extended couch as seen on photo) - Parking Space in the courtyard Option 3 - GROUND + UPPER FLOOR - The upper floor rooms (my private rooms) are not at choice. We rent them only additionaly in case there would be a request for many people. That is why there are no pics. At request, i can upload the pics for a short period, so you have an idea of what you are booking! BASEMENT (Washing machine) - The washing machine and plenty of room to dry your cloths is in the basement. From the entrance hall, you have access to the basement by a trap-door. POOL For additional 95€: - If you wish to use the pool, please send a notice at least 1 week in advance. As we don´t live there all the time, it might be empty or else. Of course, you would be so kind to understand, that we can not fill the pool for a 25€/night ! We have to charge the pool with an additional maintenance fee, which has to be payed only ONCE, regardless how long you are staying. You may request it together with the airbnb-booking and it will be included in the rental price. During your stay NO REQUESTS FOR PARTIES PLEASE! The years I lived in Bucharest and the friends I made helped me get to know and love the city and the country. Should you want any recommendations about it I'd be more than happy to help! Other things to note NO REQUESTS FOR PARTIES PLEASE! NON SMOKER HOUSE ! NO FILM-TEAMS ALLOWED! NO PARTIES! There is a main access to my property:the street iron-fence gate >>DURING DAY, the main iron-gate is to remain closed, but UNLOCKED with door-latch open! >>DURING NIGHT, the door must be LOCKED WITH KEYS but the DOOR_LATCH always kept OPEN. The front part of the house is rented, so there must be free access for tenants, owner or house-keepers at any time. >> Please, CONTROL every night if the entrance-door to your appartment and your bathroom-pool-access door are locked!
