It’s located in a new premier township beside Kota Kemuning. It is an ideal place to stay for family with children or groups of friends, up to 10 guests with all the essential amenities available. The space All rooms are fully equipped with air-conditioner, ceiling fans and en-suite bathroom with water heater. The blackout curtains in each room ensure more comfort to your sleep all day. The living area is air-conditioned and furnished with sofas and TV installed with Astro Njoi. It has wonderful natural light in the whole house. The dining area has dining table and kitchen facilities are available with a fridge, water dispenser and full range of kitchen utensils. The house is in a gated and guarded community with 24 hours security and the greenery landscape surroundings will make your stay a pleasurable experience. Your kids can also entertain themselves at the children playground which are just around the corner. Guest access The house is nearby The Arc Rimbayu, Eco Sanctuary Mall, Tropicana Aman, and also TwentyFive7 by Gamuda. Other things to note As this is a home that I live in, therefore STRICTLY NO smoking, NO drugs in the house, NO pets allowed. A fine of RM500 will be charged for any smells and dirts found in the house.
