There is utility fee (electricity , water & Internet) 150 baht per night (base on avg. cost) , guest need to pay before check in ( pay via resolution center airbnb). **after guest check out, will deduct the real consumption amount (bill will issue from MEA, Metropolitan Electricity Authority & juristic office, internet operator) then refund the rest to the guest.
