Just minutes from the famous climbing and cycling in Finale Ligure. The space The house offers a unique opportunity to experience Verezzi at its very best. Located in the small and peaceful hamlet of Roccaro, it provides perfect silence at night and truly restful sleep, while the village piazza with its restaurants and bars is just a 200-metre walk away. Roccaro is surrounded by a rocky, unspoiled landscape rich in wildlife. Scenic paths lead directly from the house down to Borgio, up to Gorra or Crosa, and even onward to Finalborgo. Several climbing crags are within walking distance. Verezzi is generally a quiet village but becomes livelier during the summer months. In late July and early August, it hosts a renowned national theatre festival, bringing a vibrant atmosphere with performances, visitors, and lively evenings in the local restaurants. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire house. The entrance opens into a spacious kitchen with a seating area and an adjacent living room. On the same level, there is a full bathroom. The house offers two large bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed (160 cm) and air conditioning. Upstairs, there is a second, smaller bathroom with an antibagno and direct access to the terrace. The upstairs bedroom also opens onto the terrace. The outdoor spaces are a highlight of the house. The terraces are arranged over three levels, offering different atmospheres throughout the day. The lower terrace features the main outdoor seating area, ideal for dining and relaxing. The upper terraces provide panoramic views in all directions—perfect for sunsets, morning coffee, or evening drinks. On hot summer days, shade can be created on the top terrace for added comfort. Other things to note Please note that the house cannot be reached by car and there is no private parking nearby. Guests park at the public village parking and walk approximately 200 metres to the house. Bicycles can be safely stored in a locked garden close to the house.
