Bright & cosy apartment located just off Botanique and Madou metro stations, 3 tram stops from Royal palace/museums are, near center, the EU district and train station (direct to airport). Comfy bedding, tv/wifi, linen,towels &toiletries provided. Foldable double sofa bed in living, plus extra single bed (in living). Baby cot bed on request (extra10 euro per night). The space The apartment is well located just between Botanique metro/tram (5min tram to Cathedral, Royal Palace/park & main museums area), and Madou metri so walking distance to EU district (tour Madou & Convent Garden) and city center (city2 shopping area). on 2nd floor of a typical Brussels house, with no lift. Furnished with vintage furniture, quality fittings, comfy box-spring bed (bedroom), sofa bed and an extra single foldable bed in living. A cot bed for babies is also available (ask for it at booking). We added (06/2024) an air-conditioning unit. Please use in a sensible &eco-aware manner and never leave it on when out of the appartement! We have equipment for babies, such as a baby cot, a chair, a bath tub, toys. Please ask well in advance so that we can prepare it. Since it is a self catering unit, do not expect us to serve you breakfast or provide full supplies. For closed parking check parking44 site. All street parking in Brussels is paying. Also can opt for park&ride system (park just outside Brussels and get into city with metro) The apartment is located on 2nd floor of a typical old Brussels house. No lift!!!! Check appartment plan for details. Guest access Guests enjoy the full apartment on 2nd floor (no lift). A shared garden with a beautiful figue tree is also accessible at the back of the house (no grass ) as well as a a separate laundry room is available if needed (please ask for access before check in so we can arrange it; free of charge for guests of 5 nights or more). Other things to note Please let us know your bedding requirements well ahead of check in. First two guests are placed in double bed in bedroom. For separate bed for 2 guests, 10 euro extra per stay (for extra sheets) Possibility to have a cot bed for babies (10 euro per night)
