Birdsong Cottage is located on a hectare of bushland on the outskirts of Bermagui. With two bedrooms and a large, open plan living area, deck, courtyard and well equiped kitchen, it makes an ideal getaway for up to two couples. Sorry, no kids. Many King Parrots and Lorikeets come to feed, and in the evenings, Wallabies and Kangaroos can be viewed feeding just below the house. Goannas, Echidnas, Possums and Lyrebirds are also regular visitors to the property. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet. The space Birdsong Cottage is located on the edge of the township of Bermagui, with sealed roads right up to the property. Bermagui, with it's lovely harbour and foreshore, is a lovely, twenty minute easy walk away, or two minutes by car. There is plenty of car and boat parking space on the property and boats can be launched from the ramp beside Bermagui Bridge, 1 kilometre away. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the main house with full access to a large covered deck area as well as a covered courtyard. There is abundant parking for cars and/or boats. Birdsong is a sloping property, part cleared and part uncleared and featuring large spotted gum and stringy bark trees. Please do not wander down into the bush, there are plenty of excellent local bush walks. Registration Details Exempt
