'Stratos Studios' - for 8-12 guests - 2nd floor

Our studios are situated in a quiet location in the heart of Laganas, close to everything. Laganas beach is literally just 100m away and with just a 2 min walk you can reach a coffeeshop, mini market, many nice restaurants and one of the best beach bars of the area (Hamsa beach bar), with an open to all swimming pool and sunbeds just in front of the beach. At the same time, the main strip of Laganas with many nightclubs is just 500m away (5 mins on foot). The space This listing is for 4 of our studios, the whole second floor of the building. The whole complex has 16 studios in total. These 4 studios are one next to each other and are all on the second floor of the building (the only ones on the second floor, there are no other studios on this floor). There is also a very spacious terrace available with sunbeds and an amazing sea view. Each studio has a kitchenette and a bathroom and can comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests in total, as following: - Double bed for 2 guests - Single bed for 1 guest Guest access Each studio is equipped with: • Wi-fi internet • Air-conditioning • TV • Kitchenette (fridge, freezer, mini electric hob, cooking utensils) • Fresh bed linen and towels Basic cleaning will be provided daily and change of bed linen and towels every 3 days. Both studios have a small balcony on the rear side of the building and access to a big area with sunbeds and sea view (where you could also put the tables from your balcony and sit there if you prefer it) Other things to note "Flexible" check-in/-out policy: We will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as we need to allow them to check out and prepare the property for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off your luggage, and the studio will usually be ready by noon or 2pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the property if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
