Apartment has a library with books in different languages, high speed WiFi, smart TV (cable, HBO 1/2/3, Cinemax 1/2), washing machine, etc. Kitchen (in same space as living room) is fully equipped. Other things to note Apartment has a washing machine. We used to live in the apartment till recently and now I'm using it only occasionally like working place so there are still a small amount of my things, but a lot of books (more than 500). That's why the apartment has an atmosphere of cozy living place, not just rental space. There are plenty of space for guest's things and clothes, of course.
