Single room in lovely town house in Cheltenham

Spacious light single room on the second floor of new town house 10 minutes walk to the town centre. Wi Fi available. Tea and coffee on request Shared bathroom very clean and bright, also downstairs cloakroom. Location House is in a quiet but central part of Cheltenham 15 minutes walk to Cheltenham racecourse. I work full time so during the week check in time would be after 5.30pm. Sunday check out time is 08.30 am I have 2 Ragdoll cats The space My house is a three bed town house built in 2015 with a secure access All bedrooms have window blinds and burglar alarm fitted Guest access Car parking Officially there is no parking at my property, however 99% of the time I can find you a space on the private access to my house. It is not set in stone and therefore I cannot guarantee a space but has worked well in the past. There is street parking on adjacent road. During your stay I am around most of the time and happy to help if I can Please be aware - Check out time on Sunday is 08.30am
