Room near Granville golf + nudist beach

We offer a room in our modern 100 m2 house in a very quiet area close to Granville, the golf course and the naturist and textile beach of Granville. Private or shared room. If you are traveling by train, we can pick you up and drive you back at the end of your stay at Granville train station. We don't offer meals or breakfast, but a coffee maker, microwave and fridge are available. Wi-Fi and a large giant TV screen in the living room The space We only receive single and unaccompanied people, but it is possible that at times of high demand or in the middle of the summer season other gay-friendly people will be present in the house at the same time as you, since we are registered on several different gay-friendly accommodation sites. The house includes upstairs a private bedroom with a 140 cm bed + a desk and a shared bedroom with 2 large beds (including a sink and toilet included in this room). If you would like the private room, please let us know in your first message on the site to find out if it is available. Possibility of the sofa bed located on the ground floor near the shared bathroom and toilet. The house is bright, clear, modern and spacious. It is located in a very quiet area at the end of a dead end, which allows you to rest in peace and have a rest cure! A massage table is available for co-tenants. The wild naturist beach of Bréville sur mer (near Granville) is a 5-minute walk from the house. It is a naturist and textile beach, which allows naturist beginners to adapt at their own pace to discover the pleasure of naturism and swimming naked. Naturism is therefore not mandatory on this beach. An equestrian center, an airfield (for first flight or parachute jumps), a large golf course in the dunes of the beach, hiking trails... are also just a few minutes' walk from the house. Possibility to take walks or sea walks in the bay of Mont Saint Michel or discover the Chausey Islands opposite Granville 16 km at sea or also the Jersey Islands. We can pick you up by car at the SNCF station in Granville and take you to do your food shopping at the supermarket at the same time if you come by train or carpool to Granville. (participation of 10 euros requested for gas costs) otherwise there is a free bus line (line 6) in July and August that makes the journey between the station of Granville and the bus stop "Tennis" in Bréville sur mer which is 100 meters from the house :-) A kettle, coffee maker, fridge and microwave are available to co-tenants. It is FORBIDDEN to cook in the house and to fry food to respect the sense of smell of other tenants. Thank you for your understanding. For people who like sports, one of us likes to run by the sea in the morning on the hard sand and swim naked just after jogging in good weather to cool off ;-) Other things to note The house rules are above all kindness and respect for each other. Since we are gay, we usually receive people who are tolerant and open-minded about sexual orientation. No smoking inside the room and in the house for safety reasons. Avoid bringing a stranger from the house (acquaintance or person met on the beach or in the dunes of the naturist beach...) into the room for the respect and comfort of the other people present if they are present.
