I have inquisitive, miniature, pet cows in the paddocks that you can hand-feed. You will enjoy cooling sea breezes in mid-summer There's a large, heated, mineral pool too. Come and unwind and be surrounded by nature . The space Four double bedrooms . Upstairs and downstairs are roomy entertainment spaces. Outside is a big, heated swimming pool, comfy loungers and wrap-around decks on both floors. Step outside and enjoy the gardens, go feed the miniature cows and explore the secluded wildlife dams and nature strips beyond the house. There are birds to watch and ducks often wander onto the lawns. You'll see friendly frogs too . Because of the wildlife, strictly no pet animals allowed. Upon departure ; please wash up, take out all of your rubbish and leave everything tidy - just as you found it . Guest access The whole house is yours to simply relax in . Two offices (if work beckons). The fully equipped kitchen has appliances galore . Feel free to relax in the gardens . There are yoga mats and free weights . You have access to the fenced paddocks and two large dams . Pick and eat any of the fruit. Feel free to borrow any of the books you find. Please park on the forecourt since the garage is kept locked. There is space for 6 vehicles. Other things to note House Rules There are not many rules , however these few rules ARE important. - Maximum 8 persons . Large gatherings , parties and events are not permitted . No additional persons are permitted unless by prior agreement . ** Exterior , monitored security cameras are present that cover the entrances , pool , parking area and the garden lawn around the house ** - No pets - No smoking inside OR outside - Quiet hours between 10:00pm and 8:00am - Only human waste & toilet paper into the toilets please . - The garage and jacuzzi are not available My home is designed for calm and relaxation.
