Santorini Beach Dune Family Villa

The Perfect Beach Holiday- this large double story villa is the best that Santorini has to offer! You cannot get closer to the beach, so all you surf and sea lovers this is a must! Relax on the large deck as you watch the kids build sandcastles a few feet away. Right on a world class surf-spot and a short walk to splash in the small tidal pool. There are jungle-gyms, 7 walking trails, a viewing deck and 6 swimming pools within the estate. Please note, there are numerous stairs to this Villa. The space The villa consists of two levels. Through the front door and you'll enter the main level with open plan kitchen, dining and living room with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large patio with fantastic views of the ocean and the ‘Private’ Santorini Beach. The second lower level with beach deck is accessed via an external staircase from the patio. The lower level has 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom in between them, and a kitchenette. The large wooden deck is built right on the sand dunes. You cannot get closer to the beach if you tried!! Guest access The dunes with vegetation between the wooden deck and beach, is an environmentally protected area and therefore there is no direct access to the beach from it. Instead, beach access is through another gate situated a few steps away from the front door of the villa. There is a large fine for walking on the dunes and they are monitored so please do not walk on them. Other things to note There is one garage available for parking and ample visitors parking bays higher up the hill inside the estate. The villa is about a 1 min walk down a staircase from the garage and no lift option, so keep this in mind if someone in your party will struggle with stairs, and is planning on coming and going regularly. Mobile signal is intermittent in the property, but there is free uncapped WiFi.
