Escape to this magical paradise. The space This is truly a magical place for those wanting a romantic getaway to reconnect or for those who desire a recharge in nature. Privately located across a rustic wooden bridge this cabin has everything you will want for the perfect holiday. Catch a glimpse of the fire flies (Aug/ Sept) lights as they flash through the creek or take a short night walk down the creek and you might spot some glow worms too on the creek banks (Mostly all year round particularly if its been a wet season) Modern inside with polished floor boards, large open fully equipped kitchen with the perfect window servery, comfortable queen size bed fitted with quality organic linen, Balinese inspired interior. Powerful cooling air conditioning unit for those warm summer days, Cozy wood fire for those cold evenings (firewood supplied May-September), large deck overlooking the picturesque creek. There is also a large double swing overhanging the creek to curl up in and dream away the hours. Though you will feel like your a million miles away from the outside world, you can still stay connected with access to high speed internet, wifi, large flat screen smart TV with Netflix, Prime and Stan. Landline phone is also available to make free local and national calls. Maximum guests 2 adults. No unapproved visiting guests. The cabin is located on our 24 acres property abundant in nature which is at your doorstep, ready to explore. Guest access The cabin is located on an enchanting 24 acre property abundant in wildlife. We share our space with koala, goanna, bandicoots, abundant bird life, possums, glow worms, fires flies in August, feather tail gliders, pythons and goannas. The cabin is completely secluded and private. The main house which is occupied by your hosts, the property owners with their 2 children is over 100m away and out of view. Guests who are looking for seclusion and complete privacy are welcome to access the cabin without any interaction, otherwise if you are keen to interact, your host will be more than happy to welcome you and offer tours around the property or point you in the right direction to discover it at your leisure. We have another smaller cabin also available for accommodation on our property if you are looking for another option. (Modern Eco Cabin) Other things to note Please be aware that as you are stepping into a natural wonderland abundant with native wildlife so you may also have some close encounters with insect and other small creepy crawlies like ants and spiders which are a natural part of this amazing environment. We do our best to safely remove any spiders that have entered the cabin but can not eliminate this issue entirely due to the location and the inability to fully seal the cabin from the outside world. Ants may also be a small issue from time to time, but we try to keep on top of any issues with them as they happen. We use cockroach baits regularly, lay ant baits when they become a problem and provide insect spray for mosquitoes and mortein for spiders if guests encounter one.
