Our home is in Sandymount Village which has a lovely selection of restaurants, cafés, bars and shops, It is also close to the Aviva Stadium, The RDS (Royal Dublin Society) and the 3 Arena, as well as a 10 minute walk from both Bath Avenue and Ballsbridge with access to several excellent bars and restaurants. You’ll love the neighbourhood and its proximity to the beach and the city centre. Our house is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. The space Because our home is surrounded by a lovely tall hedge and trees we really love the privacy this affords us and guests often comment that its a lovely surprise to be in a busy little neighbourhood and yet be able to get away from it all . Guest access Basically, our entire home is available to you. Two bedrooms, sitting room, brand new, modern kitchen and large garden with gazebo and a beautiful evening sun trap in the summer months. The house has three bedrooms and we only rent the entire home when we are away on holidays. During these times, we do lock our private bedroom leaving full access to the other two bedrooms and the rest of the house.
