Escape to a peaceful studio, a 10-minute walk from Oxford's historic centre. This serene retreat offers the rare convenience of free off-street parking and a secluded private patio. The L-shaped studio has a double bed, sofa bed, TV, and a kitchen with a hob, oven, and fridge. A large shower room, washing machine, and wardrobe are provided. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, it's a short walk from Magdalen College for famous punting. You can also drop luggage after noon; full check-in is at 4pm. The space This is a clean and comfortable L-shaped studio with distinct zones for sleeping and living. It offers a private and quiet space that feels like a peaceful retreat. Studio Highlights: Sleeping & Living: Double bed, large sofa bed, dining table with four chairs, and a TV that can be turned to face either the bed or sofa area. Kitchenette: Compact kitchen with a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, and all the basics (salt and oil) for a quick meal. Refresh: Large shower room, plus a wardrobe, washing machine, ironing facility and a hair dryer. Welcome Touches: Fresh linen and towels are provided upon arrival. House Rules: Sofa Bed: For parties of two wishing to sleep in separate beds, the sofa bed can be converted for a one-time fee of £15. Kitchen: Please leave the kitchen as you found it—clean and tidy. Guest access I want your arrival in Oxford to be as smooth as possible! My full check-in time is 4:00 PM, but you are welcome to pick up the keys and drop your luggage inside the studio at any point after 12:00 PM.
