Welcome to Murika's home; we are a cross cultural couple with a great passion for the outdoors. We are overjoyed to share our tranquil home with you and give you a taste of Cape Town's beauty. Located on the outskirts of the city, our home is perfect if you are looking for a beach/mountain retreat. The space Our views are unbeatable, so definitely plan to enjoy sundowners on our deck/porch! We are situated on the mountain side and our neighbors have chickens, goats, and sheep, making it feel as if you have escaped into a country oasis right outside of the city! Guest access We have a tenant who lives in one side of the house, which is not accessible to guests during their stay. He will not interrupt your stay, he does not use the braai, pool or backyard which you have access to. Other things to note The house is split in two. As mentioned, there is a tenant staying in the smaller unit that is connected to the main house (The main house being this listing). The access between the main house and the smaller unit is restricted, so you will have no interaction with our tenant unless you meet entering the parking gate.
