private retreat/ Escape to the beach

4 leveled home in a unique area of Ocean Grove. Our home has most mod cons required for comfortable living.. Our house is situated on 4 levels. There is a balcony suitable for outdoor entertainment. There are large windows around the greater part of the house with serene views. The beach is approx. 10 mins. away by car. Our beaches are very clean & enticing. The space Part of the rental comes with a small low maintenance dog[ Tibetan Spaniel] Georgie is now 14 years old. Whislt she is ageing She manages extremely well & knows our home quite well; She manages the stair cases very well. She has been trained/Very clean & well behaved. No walking required. She will sleep most of the time away. Guest access Entire house with privacy; modern bathroom fitted with a spa. A back balcony for outdoor usage / bbq; etc.. A walking/ running track around the lake. which has Access to the public. The lake is approx. one kilometer long if walking. Lined with native trees & plenty of bird life./ pelicans etc.Beaches are 10 minutes drive. A large water bed with views of the lake on top bedroom/ open living space.
