Property is adjacent to a forest of Deodars (only 50metres away). This gives you a view from your balcony which won’t let you leave the place whole day. The morning calmness, clouds settled in the valley in front, Sunrise will make your stay memorable. If you still want to leave the place and explore Shimla and surroundings, location of Property is only 3km from the Shimla-Kufri highway and 4km from Mall road. This will save you from the traffic hustles of this popular hill station of Himalayas. The space A Place which would look familiar to you as you would have seen this already in your dreams. The Room has attached toilet. Equipped with geyser and all required amenities, the room are sun facing and fully ventilated. The verandah with a valley view facing the 3 hills of Shimla connects to room. Meditation hall and rooftop flower garden will provide you add to your peace of mind during your stay. Guest access Room are on 1st floor and the access is through a separate entry which lets you enjoy the no restriction hours. You can also relax on terrace while watching splendid cedar valley view or you can sit in balcony and listen chirping of birds in valley. Other things to note We served only vegetarian. All meals are freshly cooked on pre order basis. The seasonal vegetables used are organically grown in owner’s farm and rest are obtained from only Himachali markets. Breakfast - 150 INR Per Person Lunch – 220 INR Per Person Dinner – 280 INR Per Person We also arrange peaceful village walks and short hikes around our homestay, where every path leads to mesmerizing views and breathtaking sunsets. Every room has 1 double bed quilt and extra blankets can be provided if required. Room heaters can be availed @ 450 INR per night. House Rules and instructions The room will be cleaned once in 2 days. Kindly switch off all the electrical appliances and fittings before leaving the room Any damages/breakage/loss to the property shall be charged for. No loud music (silent hours : 11PM to 7:30am) We have designate area for food , food are not allowed in rooms. Smoking is strictly not allowed in rooms , you can smoke in balcony or outside rooms. Make sure to check in before 10:00PM and give us details of check in time while booking. Check in After 10:00pm will be chargeable (additional surcharge 0f 700₹/- shall be levied (wavier on case basis) All occupant guests need to submit the identity documents on arrival without fail.
