Beautiful Large Private Country Guest House in a rural setting of 10acres. The Guest House is surrounded by country gardens against a backdrop of mature Native Bush. All the downstairs rooms in the guest house have French Doors onto a large private terrace. as the Guest House is spacious and well equipped it is particularly suitable for long stays . There are many wedding venues close by so a perfect location for wedding parties to prepare for their special day. The space The house is completely self contained with a full size well equipped kitchen which includes induction hob,full size oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and Nespresso Machine Downstairs:The separate lounge has a heat pump, Apple TV , wifi and French doors open onto a Terrance where you can sit and relax looking out onto a rambling lawn and the bush and paddocks beyond. The conservatory bathroom has a walk in shower and large bath perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The bathroom kitchen and bedrooms have underfloor heating . There is an additional guest toilet and separate laundry with washing machine and dryer Upstairs is a master suite, the bathroom has a walk in shower.
