This is noise free & located in the heart of the city with all benefits nearby. Guest access Entire space can be used. Other things to note *** This apartment is international standard. 1. I always welcome foreign nationals. The guests must submit copies of their Visa, Passport/govt. ID etc. as per airbnb/local rules. 2. Keeping or taking or drinking or carrying any kind of alcohol and drugs in the public residence is strictly forbidden by the government. This kind of offence is punishable offence in Bangladesh. 3. Party or event that makes extra noise and loud speakers are forbidden by building authority. Any damage of the properties inside the apartment will be repaired/compensated by the guests instantly. 4. The number of guests as per booking are only allowed. No outsiders/extra person cannot stay. Breaking any house rule will be punished financially. 5. I always welcome real tourists, foreign students, officials, businessman, patients and other gentleman with honor. 6. As part of guest loyalty program, an additional 5%/6%/7% discount will be offered to the previous guests. In that case, the minimum stay should be 6/10/15 days of each and the guests should be ranked 5 star by the host. Moreover, the booking should be made within 6/5/4 months of each stay.
