Cozy Apartment near Nørrebro St
Description
The apartment holds a livingroom with sitting/eating area, bedroom, toilet, kitchen w. gas stove, a raw but cozy bathroom in unfinished basement with bathtub & over tub shower (no sink). Perfect for two, but the possibility for a 3rd guest in the living room. (note that the bathroom is shared between 2 units. In my 10+ years here, I've experienced less than 5 times waiting). 10 min walk from Nørrebro st. It's a on the groundfloor, this setting is currently unavailable (says 1.fl instead). The space Be so kind to read the full description to prevent disappointment, and to ensure my place is right for you. My apartment is located in Kbh Nv (Cph Nw); a multicultural area in full growth, yet more quiet and pulled back, about 25 minutes by public transport from Nørreport st., Central St. & Kongens Nytorv and 10 / 15 minutes from Cph city vibes, just across the other side of the yellow line by Nørrebro st. My apartment reflects my love to renovate, reinvent things by creating something new out of old or outlived materials and furniture, and art. It holds an understatet sense of the orient within it, mixed with scandinavian airiness. My home is my sanctuary and a place that allows peace and calm after long days. I hope that it can provide you with that same kind of feeling during your stay. The place is ideal for a traveling couple or two friends. 3 people is possibl, but might also feel too close for some, depending on preference. PLEASE NOTE: The bathing facility (see images) is in the basement, just underneath my apartment. It's a bathtub with "overhead"/handheld shower, in an unfinished 100 year old basement. It's a rustic, yet cozy and functional space which was updated in spring 24. Despite these updates, I want to stress that it remains a communal, rustic space, in an unfinished basement! Noteworthy is also that the space is devided by a spanish wall and has no additional sink. If you hope, or expect to find the same renovation standard as in my apartment you will not find it here. In this case I would kindly ask you to find another place to stay. We are currently 2 units using the facilities, therefore it's incredibly rare that there is any waiting time. In winter it can get quite chilly. I provide towels and other necessities, and a blowdryer I recommend you to bring slippers. For quite time in the soaker tub you can take one of my scarfs (I'll show you which) to dim the lights if wanted. ___________ Guest access From the kitchen backdoor you will have easy acces to a nice backyard. Where you can enjoy morning coffee, a glass of wine, light up the grill or smoke a cigarette, etc. upon prior agreement and during longer stays you will furthermore have acces to the housing association´s laundry for a fee of 20 dkr per wash and dryer charged separately depending on minutes used. If ever you shall need to wash let me know before hand, since a chip and instructions are needed. Other things to note Note: • Couch in the livingroom. • Futon in the bedroom (120cm x 200cm) • blackout curtains only in the bedroom. • Due to the shower being in the basement I recommend to bring bathingslippers. The shower facilities are shared with other tenants. • Linen and towels (typically one small/ one large) will be provided. • There is Wi-Fi for guests to use. • Possibility of storage space in the kitchen, toilet (in the bedroom only to some extend upon agreement and depending on how long you are planning to stay) • There is a music player in the livingroom with cable to attach iPod/ computer as well as a Bluetooth speaker. BATHROOM: It's important to note that you won't find the same renovation standards in the bathroom as in my apartment. It's a shared fascility, which I've done up as well as possible within the a limited frame. If you expect and hope for the same quality of finishes as in my apartment, you might be better off finding another place. The bathroom is functional and cozy, but also raw, a little quirky perhaps, and can be chilly in winter. The way there leads you one stair down through the 100year old unfinished basement. Also the room is divided by a thin wall into two stalls, as you may know it from swimming poolls. There is only the tub and over tub shower. The other stall was closed down a long time ago. Please note! If guests arrive past ten at night there's an extra fee of 15 euros. Laundry if used will be charge accordingly. one load incl detergent is approx. 18 dkr. Dryer depends on setting.
