Perfect location next to central Bus station in walking distance to Old and New town (5 minutes) Perfect for solo, couple, friends or family travel. The closest neighbourghood is very lovely and offers amazing restaurant & "cool little bistros and caffe choices". I will show you all on map upon your arrival and checkin :) The space This is a very modern, beautiful, designer and newly reconstructed & equip apartment. It is very light, comfortable and feels right away as home. Its ideal for stay of up to 5 persons but accommodates up to 6 persons. It is perfect for families, friends & couples traveling together. It has very local yet central atmosphere. Being located in Karlin the closest lively local area to the city center gives you the great advantage of discovering Prague´s Old town and New town on foot. You are only 5 mins walk away from border of the Old town. Karlín is vibrating , central yet local area. You are only 5 minutes’ walk away from beginning of the Old town city and you can be in its heart under 25 minutes’ walk. You will also be located right next to tram stop which can get you to to all major sightseeing areas of Prague under 10-15 minutes. Its proximity to main bus station is very practical too to those traveling to/from prague by bus. Bus station Florenc is under 5 minutes’ walk away. Main train station is also very easy to access by direct red metro line. It is only two metro stops away so you can be there in less than 15 minutes. Karlin area today is considered really as part of the extended city center. It’s a really wanted one as well among locals for its very charming atmosphere. Karlin is very buzzing, hip & authentic. It is famous for eating out therefore it’s full of amazing restaurants and cool little bistro´s. I will have plenty insider tips for you on which places nearby the apartment you simply cannot miss. If you love good food you will adore this location. Bakeries, cafes, markets, restaurants, wineries and breweries at every corner. Right in front of our building lays the Karlin park ( Karlínské náměstí ) which often helds farm open markets. There is a beautiful church, post office, pharmacy, supermarket and playground. Everything you can think of will be in your direct reach as in true city center. Meanwhile this area is quieter in nighttime and you can be sure to always find peaceful atmosphere of a true home inside. The apartment itself is owned and designed and equip by our family. We tried to this of everything and tried to combined it so its practical and comfortable at once. We thought of all little details. It has very practical and fully equip kitchen & bathroom with corner bath, The building in which is the apartment situated couldn’t be more authentic and classic “Karlín”like with lovely porch area connecting the whole building together with a yard. On the terrace in front of our apartment you will find seating too so you can enjoy morning coffee or afternoon snack. We hope this description helps you. You should find all usual amenities as at your own home: * Safety first; double windows & doors * High speed and reliable internet * Fully equip kitchen; owen, stove, mocca kettle, kettle, pans and pots etc. * Coffee, tea, sugar, salt and oil provided as well * Bathroom with corner bathtube; Towels, Hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel & soap provided * SAUNA ! & spa cosmetics * 5 single beds ( convertible into double bed too) , one unfolding sofa of a double bed size, linen provided * Dinning room with 4 chairs and a large stool for 3 * Two sofas * Bar table with two bar chairs * Chess table and notebook table *Terrace outside seating * Family friendly equipment; toys, baby dishes, travel baby cot and potty available * Washer, drying racks, iron, ironing board, wardrobes and hangers Other things to note Kindly be informed that as per legal regulations, we are required to register you with the foreign police and collect the city tax upon your check-in. The city tax amounts to 50 CZK per person per night. Kindly note that arrivals after 23:00 will incur a fee of 500CZK + VAT. Alternatively, you can choose an option for a self-check-in through our office. Please note that our apartment features an eco water heater that reheats at dedicated times throughout the day and night. Please be informed that in the propeprty is installed ECO water heater that always reheates during the night and in the afternoon, hence there might be some periods of time without hot water before it reheats again, please make sure you are comfortbale with this regime prior to booking our property. Lastly, please keep in mind that in case of a last-minute booking just before the start of your stay, there is a possibility that the check-in process might take a little bit longer since we do our check-ins personally. However, we want to assure you that our utmost priority is to ensure your check-in is conducted promptly. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such circumstances.
