Killcare: Seashells on The Scenic.

Our unique fully self contained studio apartment has all you could wish for in this spectacular area! Have a look at the Youtube presentation: 'VISIT KILLCARE'; it says it all! A 3 min drive or a 10 min stroll to the beach or bays with great cafes & galleries & the renowned Bells is just a 700m stroll or drive up the road. For guests who may be attending a Bells function, we are happy to chauffeur. The space Seashells is a brightly furnished little gem, featuring double bed, en suite and a living area with TV, DVD, Ipod docking station and Stereo. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, pod coffee machine etc. We happily supply basic breakfast items should you need them. There is a large work desk (but who wants to work!) But for anyone who wants to get away and work it's perfect! Toiletries plus sun screen, tea, coffee pods, home made cookies and fruit are all provided. There is a folding bed should it be needed at a small additional cost. All linen is provided along with beach towels and beach chairs. Reverse cycle air conditioning, iron and ironing board are all included and you are welcome to use our washing machine and dryer. Because it is such a scenic area we offer you a picnic kit, chairs and table, backpack, beach towels and wet weather gear. There is an outdoor sitting area and barbecue in the garden with lovely glimpses of the Bay. We provide a comprehensive guide to the local scene as well as bushwalking maps. Guest access The studio is completely independent of the house with its own entry and parking. Our guests are welcome to use the external stairs to access our deck and enjoy 'sundowners' while taking in stunning views from Pittwater down to Sydney. Other things to note As we tend to travel quite a bit, there could be a delay in response time to your enquiry (depending on I.net connection). Don't panic, we will make contact ASAP.
