The island is also celebrated for sightings of whale sharks, manta rays, turtles, and other breathtaking marine wonders. It is located about 8 minutes from Tiger Shark point and about 15 minutes from the most famous beach of Fuvahmulah called, “Thundi”. Other things to note **Sun Protection** Fuvahmulah is a tropical island located near the equator, resulting in consistently warm temperatures throughout the year. To ensure your comfort and protection, we recommend bringing sunscreen with you to safeguard against strong sun exposure. **Attire** As Fuvahmulah is a Muslim community, we kindly ask guests, particularly women, to dress modestly in casual attire such as shorts and t-shirts when in public areas.
