With a well-equipped kitchen, large dining room, sitting room and extensive paved verandah area, Gyndahnook farm beach house is ideal for entertaining or just enjoying time with family and friends. And there's plenty of space. The garden has an extensive and sheltered lawn area and the farm offers plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. Best of all, it's a close drive to the beach, with easy access to Shallow Inlet. Also close by is the local supermarket, General Store, playgrounds and tennis courts. Gyndahnook farm beach house has been a holiday haven for generations of Sandy Point visitors. Come and stay and you'll know why! Well behaved dogs are permitted, but please keep in mind that there are farm animals in the paddocks around the property. Linen is not provided at this property Smoking is not permitted inside the property. This is a request to book property. Guest access You have use of the entire house and yard. Guest access information will be provided the day of your arrival via email. Other things to note Due to the closure of the Gippsland Power Stations, during peak times (i.e. the middle of summer) we are prone to power blackouts. Mobile phone coverage can also be poor, travellers are advised to use Telstra for the best coverage in our area. This is unfortunately completely out of our control. Each property in Sandy Point is on tank water and septic systems.
