The apartment will be cleaned with disinfectant products, according to the following procedure: - I will methodically wash my hands before and after each cleaning (washing with soap and water for 20 seconds then with a dose of disinfectant). - All rooms will be ventilated 20 minutes before any cleaning procedure and all windows will remain open throughout the cleaning. - Once the (classic) cleaning is done, I will apply a disinfectant using a spray. - I will pay special attention to frequently touched surfaces such as light switches, doorknobs, remotes, faucet handles, furniture, etc. - Linens will be washed at the highest recommended temperature. - A 48-hour waiting period will be imposed between two stays of vacationers. YOUR STAY CONDITIONS: - As soon as you enter the front door of the house, you will be at home (no common areas to share). - Shoes will be left on the ground floor, outside the apartment located on the 1st floor. - Hand sanitizer will be available at the bottom of the stairs so that you can disinfect your hands before entering the apartment. CANCELLATION POLICY: If new measures taken by the authorities no longer allow the stay you have booked, all of your deposits will be refunded.
