A few days stay here is bound to rejuvenate any soul! The space Its a gated resort like property with tons of natural light, lush greenery and positive vibes. The villa has pristine marble flooring throughout. MAIN VILLA - Tathastu Basement - Pool table Ground level The Living room - has high ceilings, tons of windows - hence natural light, comfortable couches, coffee table & painting adorned walls for art lover - Opens into a tiled front porch that has a swing set and outdoor dining table for 4 - the other side opens to the covered parking area for easy access Level/Floor 1 Kitchen: We have a fully equipped and functional kitchen. You are welcome to cook your own meals; the kitchen has the following amenities: -Granite counter tops -Refrigerator -Microwave -Gas stove -Automated water filter/purifier -Cooking utensils -Mixer Grinder -Serve-ware - plates, spoons, bowls, glasses etc. -Basic grocery - tea/coffee/sugar/salt/pepper/masalas etc. The dining area has a 6 seater wrought iron table with cushioned chairs. The kitchen and dining space has an attached common bathroom along with - Washing machine + basic laundry detergent Master bedroom: This has a king size bed that comfortably fits 2 adults + child and/or potentially 3 young adults as well. It has large french windows that open into a balcony that looks out into the lawn. The room is spacious enough to include an additional floor mattress if you desire to fit in more people. Other amenities: - cable TV - Air Conditioner - Attached Master bath which has been newly renovated with rain shower Level/floor 2 This level has 2 additional bedrooms and another Living space Each bedroom on this floor is super spacious and has its own attached bathroom + additional seating area + Air conditioning (AC). The beds are large enough to fit 2 adults and a child. The 2nd floor living space has a TV + audio system + a sofa-bed and again enough space to include additional floor mattress if desired. Level/Floor 3 - Tiled open air terrace with spectacular views All bedrooms will have fresh linen – bed sheets, covers and pillows. We also provide you with the following for the duration of your stay: • Soap & Shampoo • Toothpaste Water is available 24/7, but please use water judiciously and try not to waste too much owing to the on-going water shortage. CLUB HOUSE - Antara Ground level - carom, housie, darts, table tennis, stereo system - opens up into the lawn - includes an attached bathroom - 3 wrought iron porch swings facing the lawn 1st level - open air terrace Lawn/Garden Area: We have very well maintained outdoor spaces which are ideal for group activities like Electric barbecue (BBQ) [we do not provide electric bbq equipment however guests can get their own. We do NOT permit coal or wood fires/bbq] , game of ball, badminton, basketball etc. The choice and mix of plants, fruit trees (mango, coconut, banana, jamun etc.), flowering shrubs (roses, mogra etc.), foliage etc. will be a delight for any nature lover to explore. The variety and expansiveness of the space (2 open air terraces + tiled patio area + front porch + club-house balcony+ lawn/garden + sideyard etc.) makes it perfect for families, friends and office get togethers. For additional safety we have outdoor security cameras installed as well. Things to do: Japalouppe Equestrian Centre (7-8 km from the villa) : Opt for one of their picnic packages and enjoy horse rides, guided animal petting and feeding tours, meals, and soak in the lovely farm atmosphere at western India’s largest horse riding schools. Birla Ganapati Temple : The main attraction of this temple is its 54 feet majestic Ganesh statue placed on an 18 feet high platform. Prati Shirdi Shirgoan temple: Replica of the Shirdi sai temple is must visit. Harneshwar Tekdi Hiking trail : For all you nature lovers this uphill hike leads you to a mesmerizing view of the town. Overlooking the railway tracks this easy hike is tops my list of activities. Induri Fort, Kund Mala waterfalls, Khandi dam, Ghoradeshwar cave temple, Bhandar Dongar, Thokarwadi dam and Lonavala are some tourist attractions in the vicinity. Guest access Complete access to the entire villa, terraces, club house and outdoor lawn/garden areas Other things to note 1. Check out time is 11am and can be extended to max 12 pm (complimentary) on request. One may also avail an extension until 7pm for a nominal charge of Rs. 3500 only. Note: all extensions maybe granted provided there isn’t another upcoming booking. 2.In case of weather or municipal equipment failure caused power outages that affect the entire neighborhood, we cannot assume any responsibility in the event of such unpredictable occurrences. The villa does have a mini inverter that would allow for a minimal equipment (few lights aènd a fan) function for 4-6 hours max, however situations like these are rare and completely out of our control. 3. While trained pets (dogs and cats) are allowed to visit, they have to be refrained from getting on top of beds, couches, chairs etc. Pets have to relieve themselves outside the villa at all times. Pet droppings inside the villa is strictly prohibited. 4.
