A modern home is situated in a quiet neighbour hood. Our ocean - sunset views are gorgeous, you have your own kitchenette in your room where cereal, milk, tea coffee and sugar is included. Queen bed has fresh clean linen and a comfortable mattress. Netflix or Stan and Wi fi is avail. There is a makeup table for use in your room. Blockout blinds. Reverse cycle aircon or ceiling fans will keep you cool or go for a dip in our swimming pool. We offer plenty to do or its a perfect place to relax. The sea breeze keeps our home lovely and cool even on the hottest of days although we do have a ceiling fan and a reverse cycle air conditioning in your room. Your room is equipped with a kitchenette - containing a fridge , microwave, jug, toaster and some pantry supplies, so you can prepare a meal and our BBQ outside is for your use as well. There is a table for you to dine in your room for privacy although we have many other dining options outside as well and having a drink or meal watching the sun set in the afternoon is great. Ladies you have a makeup station in the room for your convenience. Your bathroom has a shower, basin, bath and toilet. It is fully equipped with extra towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand sanitiser, lotion, bath salts , sunscreen and more. The pool is serviced weekly and is refreshing on those hot Summer days and afterwards you might like to read a good book and stretch out on our sun loungers to dry off and take in the magnificent views. There is a table in the pool and spa so you can sit and enjoy a drink and let the spa massage those tired knotted muscles back to life again. A fire pit area is there of a night if your wanting to keep warm and enjoy a few drinks and maybe toast some marshmallows. This room is suitable for couples, tourists, business people , all genders and religions. Room enough to bring your boat and park your cars. A 5 minute walk and there is golf course on the corner if you feel like having a hit and has a pub onsite that has reasonably priced meals, cold drinks and a courtesy bus. A foodstore is up the road for all your pantry needs and has a Drs, Pharmacy and a cafe which has great burgers. If you want a family holiday bring all your friends and family we can accommodate up to 8 people. You can take a trip and enjoy the day of whale or dolphin watching and catch other marine life along the way there are many tours available. There is Frazer Island where you can catch a ferry across and take in the sites of the Island . Lake Mackenzie a fresh water lake where you can indulge in a swim in the crystal clear water or take a photo of the maheno shipwreck and maybe spot a dingo there is much to see. Guest access Your space is your room, bathroom, toilet area down to the end of the hall and outside area only. Main kitchen and laundry is not for use . If staying for long term the laundry may be used. Washing machine free, $3 fee for dryer. During your stay We are led by our guests preference, we are a friendly social family but respect your space with peace and quiet as it is your vacation time. feel free to contact us with any questions. Other things to note We have a dog called Bubba that is very friendly who loves to swim with you she can be removed if you need some space around the pool area or are uncomfortable with this. This is not a problem so please let us know. Outside maybe shared with hosts if home, although most times it is for your use only. as we like to travel. Your room and bathroom is totally private. Holiday times check in and check out may be altered if we have back to back bookings.
