Habichen is located near well developed village Oetz with all necessary things: Grocery stores, sport shops, few doctors, good restaurants and bars, ski lift and info center. Habichen itself has few great restaurants which are just few minutes walk away from the apartment. The space + Apartment “Sunrise” for 4 persons has a beautiful view on the south-east part of the Oetztal valley, so your terrace are on the sunny part. + There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom with shower, WC and also hair dryer inside the apartment. + Each bedroom has a closet and queen-size bed, which can be transformed to 2 single beds!! Please let us know, which of configuration would you prefer. + In the living room there is a SmartTV with Netflix and a sofa which can be used to accommodate 1-2 additional persons. + Kitchen includes: dishwasher, refrigerator, induction stove, microwave, coffee maker Nespresso, electric kattle and dishes. + You will have all necessary in the apartment: towels, toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tabs. Guest access + There is a Sauna in the house, which can be used twice a week upon request.
