Feel at home in our warm friendly house

Private bedroom with ensuite. Our house is very clean and comfortable and close to many popular tourist attractions such as the beautiful Central Coast beaches and Australian Reptile Park, Family-friendly activities, restaurants and dining. We are within an hours drive to the renowned Hunter Valley wine area. We are also centrally located halfway between Sydney and Newcastle, about 1.5-2 hours drive from Sydney airport. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. The space The room supplied is beautiful and light with built-in wardrobe. It has 1 double bed and its own modern ensuite bathroom. If preferred we can do an alternative room with 2 single beds instead of the double bed and it will have an ensuite bathroom..The bedroom opens out into a guests lounge area. Guests have their own fridge, microwave, toaster and electric kettle and cupboard to store food in. Tea and coffee is supplied. This guest lounge room and bedroom area is at the rear of the house and can be closed off from our living area for privacy. Thete is aslso a separate guests cooking a rea set up in the laundry which has stove cooktops, pots and pans and a washing up area.The lounge area has aTV and dvd player for guests to use and also board games and dvds. It also has its own dining area. Guests also have access to a back deck area with a fireplace for cooler evenings. There is a laundry available in the hosts area of the house which the guests are welcome to use if needed. Guest access Guests have a separate entr asnce to their accomodation via a c o ded gate system. Guests have their own bedroom and ensuite bathroom and access to a separate lounge area with TV, but if they prefer company and like to mingle, they are welcome to join us in the main lounge room. There is also a back yard area with a lovely sanctuary area under a large old tree filled with birdlife. A light breakfast of cereal, yoghurt, fruit, fruit juice, toast, tea/coffee can be organized at $12 per head. A hot evening meal can be pre- booked and arranged at an extra cost. Feel free to ask us about booking in a therapeutic massage or Bowen Therapy treatment during your stay During your stay Both my husband Ken and I are fairly flexible with our time and are happy to help guests with information on sightseeing and directions in any way we can. We would love for you to feel at home during your stay with us. Other things to note There is room for parking in front of our house.
