A self catering three bedroom house on Thesen Island in the Knysna lagoon. Thesen Island is an award winning lifestyle island with six kilometer walkways, bird watching hides, three beaches, & magnificent waterways with marine life. Canoe from Lazy Island into the vast open Knysna lagoon, paddle to Featherbed Bay, or moor at the bustling harbour town. Forests, lakes and beaches are all within a 15 min drive from Lazy Island. Fast fiber/WiFi with backup power - The space This house has an amazing view over the waterways of These Island. Swimming from the jetty or canoeing to the close by restaurants . At night Thesen Island is very safe and it is only a 15 min walk over a small bridge to go out for a meal. This place has a relaxed beach atmosphere and even a small sea sand garden to sunbathe. A barbecue on the deck or a fireplace inside for winter. Guest access The Island has five estuary beaches where Lazy Island guests are welcome to relax . There are 6km walkways on the island and also a bird hide to visit . Our guests are able to canoe on all the waterways . Other things to note There are 3 parking bays. The price advertised is for 2 guests. Every additional guest is R 400 per night.
