Iris Room at Alexandria

Including continental breakfast provided as room service, the Iris Room, located in our Garden Cottage, is named after the magnificent iris bulbs flowering in Spring in the back garden. It is a spacious queen room, with ensuite bathroom, and is well equipped for either short or longer stays, with microwave, bar fridge and full crockery supplied. Arm chairs are positioned in the bay window to relax and enjoy our garden and views of the Inglis River. The space The Iris Room has views of the Inglis River where there are also many walks (into town, to Fossil Bluff Beach, and around the river) right on our doorstep. Alexandria and the site we are positioned on has history dating back to the 1850's. Guest access Our guests have access to their room and our garden. We also have a guest laundry available to use at $5 per load for washing machine and dryer. A clothesline is also available. Our pool and kids playground are not for guest use. Other things to note On arrival, please ring the doorbell at the gate and wait for us to greet you. We live on the property and run our business as a fully registered bed and breakfast.
