The bright 40 m² penthouse apartment is only 200 m from the town hall and is well connected to public transport: the train station, market, museums, restaurants and the theater are within easy walking distance. The apartment is located in the Häselburg Cultural Center and offers a modern shower room with toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and sofa and a sleeping area. An elevator leads directly to the apartment. Ideal for 1-2 people; sofa bed for children available. The bed measures 1.80 × 2.00 m. The space The apartment is designed as an open spacious living area with a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a dining table, sofa and large sleeping area separated by wooden beams (bed 1.80 x 2 m). The shower room with toilet is accessible through a small hallway. The elevator takes you directly to the apartment. Our apartments and rooms are places to relax, breathe and recharge – created for people who are looking for something beyond the mainstream. When it comes to furnishings, we attach great importance to quality and sustainability: guests sleep on high-quality organic-certified mattresses, with organic down duvets in freshly washed white linen without perfume. The Häselburg, a former girls' school from the 19th century, has been developed into a center for new ideas and perspectives since 2017 and has been awarded by the IBA Thuringia. This design concept is reflected in each of our artists' rooms. We deliberately refrain from frills and focus on the essentials. This also means that we do not offer a TV out of conviction – Wi-Fi (free Wi-Fi) is available everywhere. The Häselburg is a lively art place. In the rooms and public areas you will find selected works by young and established artists as well as a wide range of literature on art, architecture and the creative projects that have been created here or will be created.
