What makes this villa special is its location, open space and light cosy interior. It used to be the owners family home, a 15 minutes walk to the beach. This spacious bright villa in a sunny and quiet position is surrounded by beautiful trees and an incredible matured lush garden with the pool ( no heating) having sunny and shady terraces. The sauna in winter is great in combination with pool. Garden is spacious and is completely fenced off super private with car parking inside premises. Pets are welcome, when announced. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms, one with king size double bed, one with king size double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds aswell to be used as large individual bed. Kitchen with modern American fridge and villa has free wireless internet and cable television. The villa has 4 individual heating/airco units; in each of the bedrooms and one bigger unit in the living room. Located in a cul-de-sac street near superb amenities and facilities and 3 minutes walking to the bus station, 5 minutes walk to the tennis, golf, shopping, kids play park, rent-a-car, lovely restaurants. Nearby attractions; 5 km away from Marbella and walking distance to the best sandy beaches of Marbella ( 1.5 km ). Golf course 1 km distance , tennis 200 m, shopping, restaurant and Estonian school 200 m. The famous Nicky Beach, Bono beach and hippo beach within minutes away and prestigious Puerto Banus a 10 minute drive. Guest access The guests are able to access the complete villa, garden, pool and sauna. The garage is outside and locked. There is a carport and remote to open the gate. When charging electrical cars there is a fee of 50€ weekly. We do allow longer stay guests or guests with pets weekly cleaning is required to be paid directly to Maria around 50€.
