Small yet comfortable, private self contained, fully air conditioned room with ensuite, set amongst magnificent trees and garden in top residential area. It has its own lockable entrance and is only 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive to the centre of town - 10 minute drive to wineries and the Omaka Aviation Centre. Microwave, electric fry pan, toaster, small fridge, cutlery, crockery and glassware included. Note: no cook top or oven. The unit also has a Smart TV with Netflix & Freeview. The space A beautiful garden retreat yet so close to town. Close to NZ's premium wine area, Picton, Havelock and the beautiful Marlborough Sounds. Ideally suited to short 2 night stays, but if you are wanting longer stays and happy with a small area, please message me as we do permit longer stays in special circumstances at a reduced rate. Guest access Onsite parking and as the unit is separate from the main house, you have your own entrance to come and go as you please. Also, you are very welcome to relax or have a glass of wine in our garden. Other things to note No smoking permitted in the unit but allowed outside.
