The ZoiZo house is one of four apartments located in this architect-designed villa built in the 1960s, one hundred meters from the beach, more precisely on the right bank of the Grau du Roi in a residential and peaceful area. It is bordered by a continuous balcony with BBQ for your grills.  A modular bedroom allows you to separate the double bed into 2 single beds. The sitting area can be converted into a 2nd bedroom thanks to the 2-seater sofa bed and the removable partition.  The rooms are both equipped with a TV and a fan, as well as a closet. Our new bathroom is dedicated to your well-being. Linens, products and hair dryer are available in the various storage areas.  Our contemporary kitchen, very functional, is equipped with: dishes and utensils, coffee machine, toaster, oven and induction cooktop, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave. The large terrace is at your disposal to relax and admire the sunsets of the Camargue. Guest access The large terrace is at your disposal to relax and admire the sunsets of the Camargue. Other things to note The rental includes bed, bath and kitchen linens, as well as full cleaning upon your departure. In general, the following are at your disposal: • Two folding bikes and their locks (beware of very frequent theft); • Two sun loungers, two beach chairs and a set of seats and footrests for the terrace. The entrance door is controlled by a digicode and all windows are equipped with electric blinds. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee machine (for ground coffee). Pots, plates, cutlery and basic condiments are available. The bedroom is equipped with two single beds that can be joined, a TV, a fan and a clock radio. The bathroom includes a toilet area, shower, sink, closet, towel dryer and hair dryer. The living area is equipped with a sofa that converts into a real comfortable bed, a TV, a fan, an open fireplace, an FM + DAB + INTERNET + BLUETOOTH radio. A total of five closets to accommodate your belongings, some board games and all the small equipment (vacuum cleaner, brushes, cleaning products, dishwashing kit, etc.) to allow daily maintenance. There is also the double balcony that borders the living room: a barbecue and its equipment are available as well as two outdoor armchairs.
