At my home tranquility and friendliness

The room, small but comfortable, with air conditioning and fast wi-fi, is a stone's throw from the Sant'Agnese-Annibaliano metro that leads to the Colosseum in 10 min. Only my husband and I live in the apartment, both of us are teachers. We welcome our guests with warmth and kindness. Guest access In our neighborhood, there are excellent connections to every area of the city: with the metro B, Sant'Agnese Annibaliano stop, you can reach Termini station in 7 minutes (from which you can reach Fiumicino airport in less than 30 minutes). Also by metro, in 10 minutes you can reach the Colosseum and all the monumental areas of the historic center. By bus you can reach La Sapienza University and LUISS University in Viale Romania in 15 minutes. In a few minutes on foot you can reach the LUISS of Viale Pola 12 and Via Nomentana 212 (Villa Blanc), as well as the RUFA university. Nomentana train station, a 15-minute walk from our house, allows you to get directly to Fiumicino airport in 50 minutes, paying only 8 euros. Our neighborhood is also close to important green areas such as the garden of Villa Blanc, the Nemorense garden and Villa Ada, a huge and wonderful park where you can jog or ride a bike or horse. In 2 minutes on foot you can reach the archaeological area of Sant'Agnese, with the remains of the basilica of Emperor Constantine, the wonderful medieval church of Sant'Agnese and the Mausoleum of Constance, decorated with precious ancient Roman mosaics. In 10 minutes on foot you can reach the Catacombs of Priscilla, full of suggestive early Christian frescoes. A little further on, in the park of Villa Torlonia, there are two very interesting museums, one of ancient Greek-Roman statues and one of Liberty stained glass windows.
